Prices and booking:
Prices include bedclothes, towels per guest and phone calls on the German landline.
For
long renting periods of at least 3 weeks we would like to make you an
individual price offer. For booking our
apartment or further information please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email. The booking of our
holiday apartment is confirmed when a
deposit of 20% of the renting price is paid via
bank transfer and when we have received the
signed renting contract. The
outstanding payment (80%) must be paid into our bank account
10 days before arrival. By
bookings at short notice we ask you to transfer the
total renting price at once. You will be informed about our bank details in our written booking confirmation. We DO NOT accept checks!!! If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask!

Arrival and departure:
Please let us know early enough at what time you will arrive. Arrivals before 2pm or after 6pm need prior agreement. The departure must be before 1 pm if not agreed on a different time.
